From Novembre 3rd till Novembre 5th we stayed at HELPX  HOST HONEY FARM.We helped to clean all the room where they processed the honey. So basically when a full hive is taken from outdoor , the honey is removed from the hive with some machines.
And then put directly into the jam.
The hives being located at different places will provide different sort of honey
So between each hives from the same places the processing room has to bee completely cleaned.
We also helped to remove some dead hives.
We assisted to sworm moving from a garden to a hive.
